Three Frames Combined is Pretty Weird Stuff

Do you know about animated GIFs pictures - these are picture files with a little animation that plays automatically as soon you open it in your web browser. Well I found a dedicated website for these files. These files consists if three frames. I haven't check them all but the one with the hot lips has three frames.
